These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, content, and online resources operated by or on behalf of ARMChain Foundation ("ARMChain", "we", "us", or "our"), including armchain.org and any subdomains we operate that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site and related services

The Site provides general information about ARMChain, links to documentation and community channels, and pointers to developer-facing tools such as devnet endpoints, explorers, and faucets where offered. Content may describe experimental or pre-production networks and software. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell securities or an endorsement of any third-party product unless expressly stated.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Violate applicable law or infringe others' rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, users, or networks, or disrupt the Site (including denial-of-service activity, scraping that overloads our infrastructure, or circumventing rate limits).
Use the Site to distribute malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive content, or to harass others.
Reverse engineer or misuse any non-public APIs or services except as expressly permitted by us or under mandatory law.

3. Blockchain, devnet, and third-party tools

Interactions with blockchains, wallets, smart contracts, bridges, exchanges, or other third-party protocols carry inherent risks (including loss of funds, irreversible transactions, and software bugs). You are solely responsible for your keys, transactions, and compliance with laws that apply to you. Test tokens and devnets may be reset or discontinued without notice.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, branding, design, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by ARMChain or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Open-source components may be governed by their respective licenses (for example, repositories linked from the Site). Except where we grant a separate license, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without prior written permission.

5. User content and feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or content through forms, email, or community channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that input to operate and improve our projects, without obligation to compensate you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARMCHAIN AND ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR PAID SERVICES DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

8. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ARMChain and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date where practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site without liability.

10. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ARMChain regarding the Site. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
